His ability to convey complex management theory through real life story telling is unmatched. It’s no surprise then that the first year we started working with Paul was also our most successful since the 2008 financial crisis.”

Time Master was pragmatic and integrated. Clear and simple to implement across zones. Material was delivered is a very effective manner: excellent presentation, clear slides, guides that distill to key actionable points, and constant reinforcement.
My biggest takeaway was the Goal vs routine vs system to create behaviour change. Provides a pragmatic structure to achieve incremental change. Will help me to better manage within my zones and especially to avoid my professional zone diluting my personal and social zones.

My first takeaway is the overarching theory of the energy zones: I think you are onto something. I could totally relate to this. The dilution aspect in particular because I innately find it difficult to go out socially if I haven't tied up loose ends. I find that I definitely have to segment my time.
Time blocking is another great takeaway. Although I informally allocate time to accomplish my "to do" list I would always get distracted and derailed. The DEED acronym was new for me and I will have to explore how to apply it to my inbox. Although it was a simple tip I never considered, working offline on a task was the thing I liked best.
